Overview
In this module, we discuss various introspection practices derived from eastern meditation traditions. The primary sections include the following:
- Foundation: Understanding how intention, expectation, and reward feedback are core to succeeding in an introspection practice
- Attention: Establishing a foundation for building awareness by practicing with regulating attention
- Awareness: Growing deeper awareness of the subtle contents of mental processes including thoughts as well as perceptions
- Cultivation: Practices that enable one to strengthen desired mental habits such as through visualization
- Insight: Great insights can be gained if one can simply learn to listen for them
