Practical Perspectives
- When seeking to understand anothers recollection, such as their experience with a product or service, one must be careful to design the asking process not to suggest a particular recollection to the survey-taker.
- When making an important decision at work, an important purchase, or recalling important information be aware of any person or process that might suggest the preferrability of one option over another.
